From fruit pies, to cheesecakes, tapioca, berry cream pies and ice cream, we have the perfect way to top off your meal.

One of our customers’ all-time favorites is our Hot Fudge Sundae Cheesecake and you can tell by looking at it, that it is a chocolate lover’s dream.

The Standard by Which All Others Are Judged!! As Darrell and staff know, while I love going to Darrell's Place for breakfast whenever I get to come "home", I don't eat eggs. Just don't like 'em. So, whenever I'm at Darrell's for breakfast, I always order the Sausage gravy and biscuits, and a fruit cup. The fruit cup is always delicious, none of that canned "fruit cocktail in lite syrup" malarky, just "real" fruit!! What's REALLY special, though, is the sausage gravy. OUTSTANDING!! It's simply the best there is to be had anywhere!! In our travels, I'll always order the sausage gravy over biscuits wherever I see it on a menu, and, sad to say, I'm ALWAYS disappointed. My wife, Melanie, will always ask me:"Hows the sausage gravy", and I always have to answer:" It's okay, "BUT IT'S NOT DARRELL'S"

As a business person, I appreciate that Darrell's food is great and lunch is served fast by the attentive staff. His soups are good enough to pass for my own home cooking.

The food here tastes good, is well prepared, and served with a friendly staff of waitresses. Has a nice selection on the menu. Excellent prices for the quality. Friday evenings go early. They're very busy.

I love Darrell's place for the fine food and friendly atmosphere. I especially like it when I know my retired High School Science teacher delivers a refreshing beverage to Darrell when he is having an extremely busy night behind the grill. It seems to relieve his stress. We all know a stress free chef is a good chef. Your friendly customer. PS-this is worth a Sam Adam's at least!
